Description:
John Noble Home is a long term care facility located in the city of Brantford this was a $16 million 3-storey, 76 bed redevelopment LEED project to meet updated Ministry of Health & Long Term Care (MOHLC) Standards. In addition to a new tower, the scope also included renovation of the Grand Terrace.
The mechanical scope of work was approximately $2.1 million & included the supply & installation of RTUs, sheet metal work, plumbing & drainage, split air conditioners and controls.
