Block 22 – Canada House Concord Adex

Block 22 is considered Concord Adex’s largest and most distinctive Condominium project being built on the former CN Rail lands next to the Rogers’s Centre. The development consists of two high rise concrete towers, one 59 stories (203m) and 69 stories (232m) perched upon a 13-storey podium which resides over top of a six level parking garage. The project comprises of 1397 suites and boasts some unique amenity features such as an ice rink, pool, spa and sauna along with a roof top amenity area. DMS has been contracted to supply and install the complete mechanical works on the project.
