Durham College Whitby – Centre for Food

This prestigious design-build project started in September 2012 and was completed in October 2013. The two story state-of-the-art building includes three kitchen labs, a stunning teaching-inspired restaurant, classrooms and lecture theatre. Dependable Mechanical Systems partnered with MCW Consulting to form the mechanical design-build team for this project undertook full mechanical design and execution including HVAC, heating, domestic plumbing and fixtures, custom-made air handling units, mechanical room, insulation and controls.
