Dependable Mechanical Systems was awarded this project in May 2014 for Electrical and Mechanical upgrades in one the busiest community centres in Burlington. The project includes full lighting upgrades, heat pump change over, custom made air handling units, boiler upgrade, plumbing, duct work, insulation and controls.
